The City of Ottawa is pleased to celebrate the 16th annual AccessAbility Day. Please join Deputy Mayor George Darouze for the Opening Ceremony and Proclamation of AccessAbility Day in Ottawa.

A panel discussion, featuring service dogs and their handlers / trainers will discuss service animal use in Ontario
A networking lunch will be provided by Krackers Katering, a social enterprise that increases employment and training opportunities for people with disabilities.

A municipal accessibility plan consultation will be delivered in the afternoon.         

Where: Andrew S. Haydon Hall, Ottawa City Hall, 110 Laurier Avenue West

When: Thursday, May 30, 2019 (Coffee and tea are available at 9:30 am)

Opening Ceremony: 10 am to 10:30 am

Panel Discussion: 10:30 am to 12 noon 

Resource Fair:
9:15 am to 2 pm 

12 to 1 pm

Municipal Accessibility Plan consultation:
1:30 to 3 pm
