This two-day class will challenge your F&I manager to make sure they are communicating effectively and discuss how today’s customer wants to complete a transaction. We will talk about the importance of developing a process and following it every time to ensure a smooth delivery while successfully selling the products to your customers. Each attendee will leave with a heightened confidence in recognizing the customer’s interest and how best to communicate the individualized benefit during each sale, leading to higher gross profits.
Once the process is outlined, all attendees will participate in role-playing exercises to strengthen their understanding of the identified skills. A significant portion of this exercise will focus on isolating and overcoming customer objections, leading to increased certainty and determination during the window of time that your F&I Manager has with the customer.
