Thank you for your interest in the American Airlines - Meet the Chiefs event Miami, FL! We are excited to host our first event of 2024 in sunny Florida!

Candidates selected for this event can expect a 1:1 conversation with our Pilot Group and networking opportunities with our Pilot Recruitment Team. Additionally, we are pleased to offer 1:1 Application Reviews for those who are in the process of applying to our First Officer role at American. Note: Your application must be in-process or already submitted to partake in an Application Review.

Submission does not guarantee you a spot; this is an invite-only event. Confirmed guests will recieve a confirmation email with exact time and location between Monday, January 4th and Friday, January 19th.


If you are selected to meet with a member of the American Airlines Pilot Recruitment Team, we will reach out to you with a confirmation email.


In the meantime:

  • All registrants are highly encouraged to start the process of OR complete their application in our new system as soon as possible here: pilots.aa.com
    • Attending MTC MIA with your application unpublished will not deter you from your Meet & Greet, however, you will maximize your efforts with our Line Pilots and Pilot Recruiters should your application be on file prior to event.

  • If you've registered and your availability changes, please be courteous to your fellow pilots and cancel the registration ahead of time so a spot can be made available to others.
