Thank you for registering for an American Airlines Meet & Greet at the 2026 NGPA Annual Conference in Palm Springs, CA! 

 

PLEASE READ THIS MESSAGE ENTIRELY PRIOR TO SIGNING UP FOR A TIMESLOT! 


To register, please:

  1. Complete the provided Meet & Greet Registration Form.

  2. Select your desired time slot for a Meet & Greet with American Airlines.
    Spaces are limited and operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.


Please note:

  • The automated email provided once the form is submitted will serve as your confirmation email, providing you with your time slot, exact location, QR code, and additional details. Please save this email as it is required to complete check-in with our onsite team.

  • All registrants must possess a ticket/access to the 2026 NGPA Annual Conference & Expo.

  • To secure a confirmed time slot with American at this event, you must be an NGPA organization member. For all other attendees who wish to meet with us at the event, we will have plenty of waitlist opportunities available onsite as well. 
  • Duplicate registrations will be removed.

  • Please do not use different email addresses to create multiple requests. This may negatively affect your participation.
  • Selected candidates will be able to meet with a member of the American Airlines hiring team for up to 15 minutes.

  • If you are no longer able to make the time slot assigned to you, please be courteous to your fellow pilots and cancel the session ahead of time so it can be made available to others.

  • Do you have an iCloud or Rocketmail email address? We encourage you to fill out this registration form with a different account as these email formats are not compatible with Eventboost platform.

  • All registrants are highly encouraged to complete their American Airlines application as soon as possible, prior to NGPA 2026, here: pilots.aa.com.

 Onsite Waitlist:

  • American will be providing an onsite waitlist via a digital queue onsite at NGPA 2026. The digital waitlist will exclusively be available during the hours of the NGPA Expo. Please see onsite team for more details.
