Thank you for your interest in requesting an American Airlines Meet & Greet at the 49th annual Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals (OBAP) Conference in Tacoma, WA!   


To be considered, please:

  1. Complete the provided request form.

  2. Select your available dates for a Meet & Greet with American Airlines.

    We will host a limited number of scheduled Meet & Greets on each day of the OBAP 2025 Conference. If you are available all three days, please select all as available. 

  3. If you are selected to meet with a member of the Pilot Recruitment Team, you will be notified on or after July 25, 2025.

 

Space is limited so please submit your request as soon as possible. Please note that Meet & Greets at OBAP 2025 are scheduled in advance.

All registrants are highly encouraged to complete their American Airlines application as soon as possible, prior to OBAP 2025, here: pilots.aa.com

As a courtesy, please do not request a date to meet with a member of the Pilot Recruiting team unless you meet Unrestricted ATP minimums.

 

Please note:

  • All registrants must possess a ticket/access to OBAP 2025.

  • If you are selected to attend the event we will share your time slot, exact location, and additional details via a confirmation email.

  • Duplicate registrations will be removed.

  • Please do not use different email addresses to create multiple requests. This may negatively affect your participation.
  • Selected candidates will be able to meet with a member of the American Airlines hiring team for up to 15 minutes.

  • If you are unable to make the time slot assigned to you, please be courteous to your fellow pilots and cancel the session ahead of time so it can be made available to others.

  • Onsite Waitlist will be available on a limited basis while at OBAP 2025.

  • Please reach out to pilotjobs@aa.com should you have questions or updates regarding your form submission.  We kindly request that you wait until July 25, 2025, before inquiring about your confirmation status.
