Thank you for your interest in seeing American Airlines at EAA AirVenture | Oshkosh 2023!

We are doing things a little differently this year: our Pilot Recruitment Team will be at Oshkosh all week long ready to provide YOU with the opportunity to get to know our AA Pilot Group!

For the first couple days, we will be offering an Application Review in addition to our 1-on-1 Pilot Meet & Greets later in the week! See more details below and don’t forget to sign up today!

Monday & Tuesday
Our Pilot Recruiters will be onsite providing Application Review the first 2 days of Oshkosh -- providing tips, tricks, insights, and real-time suggestions to help you put your best foot forward in the application process!

You are only eligible to sign up for an App Review if your application is on file on or by Monday, July 23rd 2023. Keep in mind, we have recently switched over our application site, so be sure your app is live at  https://pilots.aa.com/ as soon as possible!

Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
Our American Airlines' Pilot Group will be onsite to provide 1-on-1 Meet & Greets on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday to meet with those interested in becoming an American Airlines pilot! 

Please note:

  • You are able to sign up for App Review AND Meet & Greet OR simply one of the offerings. However, any duplicate registrations for the same offering will be removed.

  • Refrain from using different email addresses to create multiple registrations.

  • Each candidate will be able to meet with a member of the American Airlines hiring team for up to 15 minutes.

  • ⁠Please do not select a time slot unless you currently meet Unrestricted ATP minimums.

  • If you are unable to make the time slot assigned to you, please be courteous to your fellow pilots and cancel the registration ahead of time so it can be made available to others.

  • Time slots are limited.
