Thank you for your interest in registering for the American Airlines - Meet & Greet at the 2024 RTAG National Convention in Fort Worth, Texas!   

To be considered, please fill out the provided registration form and select your preferred date(s) for a Meet & Greet with American Airlines. SELECT ALL AVAILABLE DATES.

If you are selected to meet with a member of the Pilot Recruitment Team, you will be notified on or after September 19, 2024.

 

Completing this registration form does NOT guarantee a Meet & Greet slot.

 

Once you are selected to attend the event we will share your time slot, exact location,  and additional details via a confirmation email.

Please note:

  • All registrants must posess a ticket/access to the 2024 RTAG National Convention.
  • All registrants are highly encouraged to complete their application as soon as possible, prior to RTAG 2024, here: pilots.aa.com
  • Any duplicate registrations will be removed.
  • Refrain from using different email addresses to create multiple registrations.

    **    You will risk losing all time slots held if duplicate registrations are found**

  • As a courtesy, please do not select a date to meet with a member of the Pilot Recruiting team unless you meet Unrestricted ATP minimums.
  • Each candidate will be able to meet with a member of the American Airlines hiring team for up to 15 minutes.
  • If you are unable to make the time slot assigned to you, please be courteous to your fellow pilots and cancel the registration ahead of time so it can be made available to others.
  • Time slots are limited.
  • Onsite Waitlist will be available on a limited basis. Details to come.
