Thank you for your interest in meeting with American Airlines at the 34th Annual Women in Aviation International Conference in Long Beach, CA!  

 

Please select your preferred date(s) for a Meet & Greet with American Airlines. SELECT ALL AVAILABLE DATES. If you are selected to meet with the Pilot Recruitment Team, you will be confirmed via email by Friday, February 10th.

 

Please note, completing this registration form does NOT guarantee a Meet & Greet slot.  

 

Once you are selected to attend the event we will share your time slot, exact location,  and additional details via a confirmation email.  

 

  • As a courtesy, do not select a time slot to meet with the Pilot Recruiting team UNLESS you meet Unrestricted ATP minimums AND have already purchased a ticket/access to the WAI 2023 Conference.
  • Each candidate will be able to meet with a member of the American Airlines hiring team for up to 15 mins.
  • If you are unable to make the time slot assigned to you, please be courteous to your fellow pilots and cancel the registration ahead of time so it can be made available to others.
  • Time slots are limited. As always, we will do our best to accomodate everyone on the Waitlist.
