We know life gets busy with work and personal commitments, and there are times that you won't be able to meet our team of pilot recruiters at one of our in-person events. That is why we have launched, Delta Virtual Pilot Recruiting.
This platform will allow those unable to attend an in-person event to have the same opportunity to have a one-on-one session with our recruiters without having to travel.
The slots for this platform will be limited. Out of respect for fellow candidates, Virtual Recruiting slots should ONLY be secured by pilots who have not met/will not meet with a recruiter in person in the previous six months or in the next 3-6 months. Candidates should also meet our minimum requirements.
Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email and a reminder email at least 24 hours before your selected date, with the virtual recruiting link and steps to follow to ensure a successful virtual session. Again, please be respectful of your fellow aspiring Delta pilots and do not sign up for more than one-time slot.
We also respectfully ask that you only sign-up if you meet our full list of minimum requirements. If you do not, please join us at a future in-person event.
Most important note: If you can do so, we would really prefer to see you at our in-person events. Gatherings hosted by our industry partners offer incredible opportunities to learn, network and give back. We are proud to support their efforts and hope you will join us in that mission if your schedule allows.
