Instructions

You can book as many interview slots as you want, one per company.

 

How to book an interview
  1. Expand the company box of your interest
  2. Select a preferred slot
  3. Fill out your personal details
  4. Click the "Submit" button to finalize the registration
  5. You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your interviews

 

How to Modify/Cancel your interviews

You can modify your booked interviews by:

  1. Open your confirmation email
  2. Click on the "Modify/Cancel" button at the end of the email to access your personal page
  3. Do all the modifications you need to your appointments
  4. Click the "Update Registration" button 

 

If you are no longer able to attend any of the interviews you can cancel all the booked interviews by:

  1. Open your confirmation email
  2. Click on the "Modify/Cancel" button at the end of the email to access your personal page
  3. Go to the end of the page and click on the "Cancel Registration" button

 

You have time until March 1 at 2 PM (extended deadline) to modify/cancel your interviews.

 

 

Important Information

It is mandatory to show up at the check-in desk at the Povo 1 hall at least 15 minutes before your first interview. 

 

You will be checked for the Reinforced Green Pass and given a bracelet valid for the whole day.


Then you can go to the company's stand, which is located on Floor 1 of Povo 1.
To speed up the interviews, we recommend you bring your CV.
