  • Insert the Group Coordinator (or individual participant) personal information. .The Group Coordinator must be someone who will attend the event.

Insert a valid address.
The participant kits and other materials concerning the event will be sent to this address. The kits will be sent (free of charge) to groups with more than 50 participants coming from countries of the European Union, at the sole discretion of the organization. Other groups and participants are asked to collect their kit directly in Rome, following the guidelines that will be given.

  • Insert the Choir information. It is possible to request a Certificate of Attendance for the choir, printed on a special type of parchment paper, A3 format. For this certificate, a contribution of 5 € is asked. The certificate will be given to the Group Coordinator during the event. All registered participants over 6 years old will receive in an e-mail, in .pdf format, a personal certificate of attendance (free of charge).

  • Indicate the number of other participants. The Group Coordinator is already counted as registered. Therefore, indicate here the exact number of other participants over 6 years old, excluding the group coordinator. The system will automatically calculate the registration fee including eventual free entries. At this point, it is not necessary to specify any participants’ personal information.

For example: If a group is formed by 50 participants (including the Group Coordinator), you should write 49 (excluding the Group Coordinator).

, It is not mandatory to add any further information, but it might be useful to better organize the event. This information does not influence the registration process or the registration fee.

You will receive an e-mail with the information regarding your registration and with payment instructions. Payment must be completed within 5 calendar days, otherwise the registration will automatically be canceled and the places will no longer be reserved.
Registration will be confirmed only after the registration fee is paid. From that moment on and until October 31, it will be possible to insert into the system or edit the remaining information regarding other participants.
