Attendance of the conference days, coffee breaks, lunch, cultural visit and Gala Dinner. In order to consider the registration valid, you must have already made the payment. A form received without the proof of payment will not be consider valid.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

The request must be sent in writing to our secretariat by email within and no later then November 14, 2025. Cancellation received by this date will be refunded, less the administrative fee of 40% (on the total amount). No refunds will be processed after November 14, 2025. All refunds will be arranged after the conference.
