Since 2009, on behalf of the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Action (BMWK), the German-Italian Chamber of Commerce (AHK Italien) has been informing German companies about the diverse business opportunities with the United Nations and has been supporting UN organizations in identifying new suppliers.

We are happy to invite you to join a delegation trip to Germany for UN procurement officers and technical staff, which will take place from November 11, 2025 to November 14, 2025 at the Agritechnica trade fair in Hannover.

The 4-day delegation trip is exclusively organized for UN procurement officers to provide information on the German market of agricultural technologies, with special focus on machinery, smart farming, monitoring solutions, renewable energy and to learn about new products and developments in the context of the biggest agricultural trade fair in the world. Furthermore, the participants will have the opportunity to network with German companies and experts.

The program will include:

pitch session presenting procurement needs in front of German companies
scheduled one-on-one meetings with German companies
guided visits of the trade fair and of best practice projects
visit of a reference project in the area of Hannover

The participation is free of charge and accommodation and travel costs can be covered upon request.
